Because cvsweb only allows browsing per file, it does not provide a
conological view of the changes on more than one file. cvsweb cannot
answer the question "what have been changed in Squid during the X last
days/weeks/months/whatever". When you rougly know the change you are
looking for then cvsweb is great, if not it does not really help you a
lot.
